I was too young to be a Vietnam vet but just watching "Fire Base Gloria" or "Platoon" or "Full Metal Jacket" is enough to give me Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. What those guys must have gone through was the closest thing to hell on earth. We owe a lot to every one of them.
I am sorry. truly horrific all wars. I don't know how anyone comes out of them and doesn't live with ghosts or crave phosphorous light- really.
